About the program

Interning at Xaana offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with some of the world’s leading thinkers in artificial intelligence and its application for social good.

We offer hands-on experience working collaboratively on projects that push the frontiers of AI and science. We offer internships across a number of our teams, including Engineering, Marketing, & Operations.

Our internship will see you benefit from working with our industry experts on high-impact, purpose-led projects.

If you're due to complete your studies by mid-to-end 2023 and excited to explore first-hand what it's like to work at Xaana, then look no further!

Applicants should:

Preferably be a final-year student or a recent graduate;
Have a minimum GPA of 6 out of 7;
Active in organisational skills;
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Be learning-oriented, with a strong work ethic; and
Be fully available for the three months of the internship.

When does it start?

Depending on the business area you apply for, your internship program may commence in July or January.

What will I get to do?

You can expect exposure to real client projects, multiple networking opportunities and relevant training and feedback throughout the program.

When do applications open?

Applications for our 2024 internships are now open and will close on the 30th November 2023. A team of recruiters will review applications on a rolling basis over the summer.

Please be patient as we consider your application. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to provide individual status updates to applicants and referrers.

You're eligible for the Internship Program if you are in your penultimate year of studies, graduating in 2023 (ready to join our full-time Graduate Program in 2024).

International Students

Xaana accepts applications for our Internship Program from students who do not yet hold Australian permanent residence into select business areas in order to augment our talent pools.

How we hire

Read the application instructions and eligibility requirements carefully. We only accept one application per person. However, you can nominate up to two business areas you are interested in.
