About the Role
Be a core team member in FMIS implementation/enhancement projects
Contribute to the development and enhancement of TechologyOne budgeting and management reporting systems and add-on applications
Build and configure TechnologyOne ETLs, data models, SQLs, XLOne reports as well as actioning general system support requests across multiple modules (AP, AR, Procurement, Budget, etc.) as required
Prepare functional analysis of business requirements including mapping, processing rules, workflows, etc.
Prepare solution design based on the business requirements and coordinate with the development team to develop, test and deliver the solution features
Prepare functional and technical documentation of the implementation solution
Liaison with external stakeholders to provide knowledge training session and assistance in User acceptance testing and Product verification testing
Assist in project engagements, including project planning, scheduling, and completing project governance requirements
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years' experience in management, financial and/or system accounting
A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance and/or IT. CA/CPA accreditation (or progressing towards) is advantageous but not required.
Proven experience in building ETL processes, data models and XLOne reports within TechnologyOne ERP system
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Sound financial and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills to convey functional and technical requirements to different stakeholders
Exceptional organisation skills to manage multiple competing deadlines
Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail
A passion for technology and creating operational efficiencies through process automation
Basic understanding of PEPPOL eInvoice, Optical Character Recognition and standard Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable workflow are advantages but not required
