About the Role
Act as the SAP ABAP Integration support and technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in developing solutions, identifying application issues and providing timely solutions
Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project
Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test, and debug programs
Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity
Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions
Requirements
In-depth technical understanding of standard and custom SAP tables as well as their relationship to corresponding document types across Procure to Pay and Finance modules.
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with SAP ABAP development
Knowledge on ABAP Object Oriented Programming
Experience in Gateway and OData service Development
Experience in SAP integration development using web services, proxies, RFC/BAPI and IDocs
Experience in ABAP on HANA, CDS views, AMDP
Excellent skills in debugging
Good hands-on experience in multiple modules of SAP
Ability to interact with teams in other geographical locations
Good communications skills, strong customer focus and service mindset with experience in client interaction
