Drive account strategy and planning
Design, embed and deliver distinct client experiences
Facilitate the development and implementation of strategic client relationship plans, focused on delivering the best of Xaana.Ai
Drive excellence in account operations by bringing discipline and rigor to team cadence through keeping client experience at the center of account team purpose and engagement, leveraging the best of the firm to drive account efficiency and secure access to investment and resources for account initiatives
7-10 years of experience within professional services or consulting in matters relevant to the software industry
Experience in preparing proposals, commercial models, and leading small teams in market pursuit activities
Proven experience in relationship building and management with technology clients
Experience in operations, and running small/medium sized projects on your own including having experience undertaking responsibilities in managing quality, risk, production targets, as well as project essentials such as budgeting, forecasting, planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate information into creative solutions that benefit our clients and the business
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build credibility with clients on your own including operational, IT & procurement stakeholders.
Well-developed internal and external relationship management skills.
Prior experience in remediation programs, complaint handling, claims processing and conduct risk reviews is highly regarded
Experience as a people manager
